The Largest Bike Ride EVER

I’m in Baltimore all weekend at my 3rd Net Impact Conference and last night I was overwhelmed for the first time in a long time. So much so that I couldn’t even get myself together to take a picture.

With all the amazing people and things that go o. At this conference you would think it would be a celebrity or a business hero sighting but it was watching hundreds of bikes stop traffic on Pratt St down at the waterfront last night that made my jaw drop.

To give you an idea of the size of this ride, it was a full 2 lane road with densely packed bikes cruising along at a solid speed and it took 5 full green light cycles for them all to get through the intersection.

One word, AWESOME!

Does anyone know what this ride was? I’m so curious and jealous I couldn’t join in.
